Abstract

General comments on the distribution and captive care of two gecko genera are given, including the giant ground gecko (Chondrodactylus angulifer) from the western arid regions of southern Africa, and some Madagascan leaf-tailed geckos (i.e. Uroplates fimbriatus. U. henkeli. U. guentheri and U. ebenaui).
