Abstract

The Ngandjera dialect is spoken by approximately 7.7% of the total number of Wambo speakers (680 000) in Central Northern Namibia. The dialect is unrecorded, as no linguistic data on its structure has ever been published. In this article the nominal system of Ngandjera is described according to the Bleek-Meinhof descriptive model (adapted by Fivaz to suit the Wambo dialects).
